Fit, fabric, and feel play a major role in how a Frenchie t shirt wears over time. Because our shirts are designed with intention and described clearly before purchase, the policy below explains how returns and refunds work so expectations are aligned from the start.

Returns

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, unused, non-customized items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in original condition

  • Free of wear, washing, odors, or damage

  • With original tags, if applicable

Our Frenchie t shirts are designed with a relaxed unisex fit and described in detail on our Fit & Fabric page to help customers choose confidently before ordering.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@streetpawsapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different size or style:

  • Please return the original item following the return process above

  • Place a new order for the replacement

This approach helps ensure accurate fulfillment and faster processing.

Fit, Fabric & Return Expectations

Our Frenchie t shirts are intentionally designed using:

  • A relaxed unisex fit

  • 100% ring-spun cotton

  • Garment-dyed fabric for a soft, lived-in feel

Because fit and feel are subjective, we encourage customers to review the Fit & Fabric guide carefully before ordering.

Customers who prefer a more fitted look may choose to size down, while those who enjoy an oversized feel often select their usual size.

Returns based on fit preference are accepted within the return window, provided items meet the return eligibility requirements outlined above.

Customized or Personalized Items

All customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Customized items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be resold. For this reason, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Size selection errors

  • Preference changes

  • Design or personalization choices made at checkout

Sale & Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale, including sale or clearance items, are not eligible for return or refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at streetpawsapparel.com including:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll make it right.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

California Customers

In accordance with California law, our return and refund terms are clearly disclosed prior to purchase and apply to all orders placed through our website.

European Union & United Kingdom Customers

If you are located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

This right does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Made-to-order items

  • Items marked final sale

Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
